Solenn Heusaff, ibinahagi ang ilang Meal prep na kaniyang inihahanda para kay baby Thylane

Isa sa pinakapaboritong gawain ng aktres na si Solenn Heusaff ay ang paghahanda at pagluluto ng pagkain para sa kaniyang anak na si Baby Tili dahil ang tanging kagustuhan nito ay mabigyan niya ng tamang nutrisyon ang kaniyang anak.

Sa katunayan, ang ilang meal plan at ingredients ni Soleen para sa kaniyang anak ay kaniyang ibinabahagi sa Instagram upang mabigyan ng tips ang ilang mga nanay sa kung anong klaseng pagkain ang maaari nilang ihanda para sa kanilang mga anak.

“I have always looked forward to the day Thylane would start eating, and all the expressions she would do with different flavors. Growing up, we always ate healthy and I want Tili to learn how to appreciate good food as early as now. Super love making home cooked meals and playing around with flavors and textures…”

Sobrang excited ang aktres na dumating sa punto na maaari ng kumain ng solid food si Thylane kaya naman ngayong sinimulan na niyang pakainin ito ng pagkain ay sinisiguro ni Solenn na lahat ng kaniyang inihahandang pagkain ay healthy at pleasing to the eye upang mas ganahan ito sa pagkain.

Iba’t ibang klase rin ang mga pagkain na kaniyang inihahanda upang mas maging aware ang kaniyang anak sa ibat’ ibang lasa at masanay ito na hindi maging maselan sa pagkain. Kinalakihan raw kasi ni Solenn na sila ay madalas handaan ng healthy food kaya ito rin ang kaniyang nais gawin sa kaniyang anak.

“Decided to start sharing some baby food every now and then. Salmon potato croqueta on broccoli cream cheese puree. Salmon croqueta: MIX boiled potato mashed, cooked salmon shredded, butter, a bit of natural mayo, scallions, lemon juice. Roll into balls, dust with flour, dip in egg, roll into breadcrumbs. Cook with canola oil. Veggies: steamed broccoli then puree with a tsp of cream cheese.”

“Baby Hachi Parmentier for lunch!
On pan: olive oil, onions, garlic, carrots, portobello mushrooms, ground meat, cumin, tomato, parsley. Place on top of steamed and pureed potato and cauli with parmesan.”

“French toast with grilled bananas and orange zest with Gerber exotic fruit (banana/mango/pineapple)
Toast:
-slices of bread dipped in egg/milk/cinnamon mix
-cook on pan with unsalted butter
serve with orange zest, dash of cinnamon
add side of grilled banana
Gerber exotic fruit as dipping sauce

Dip in egg + milk mixture
